We have been manufacturing nonwoven pp spun bond ,SMS ,and Melt blown for more than 4 years now ,there are total three machines for pp spun bond nonwoven ,max width 3200mm,1800mm,1600mm. all colors available ,and two machines for Melt blown ,max width 900mm,3200mm, two beams ,imported from Nordson Co,. And two machines for SMS nonwoven fabric, max width 1600mm, &3200mm, all colors available

Besides,we also produce the pigment precursor ourself ,and we import the color raw material from Ciba Co,(USA)& Songwon Co,(Korea),so our quality for color fabric is excellent and standard

Our products are widely used in health care,cloth interlining  packaging, shopping bags,surgical dressing,bed sheet,pillow cases,nappying,table cover,curtons,operation gown,garments, labouring garments, business suit cover,disposable supplies, tourism and many other fields, was favored by the majority of users.

We mostly export our products to USA,EU ,India ,Japan,Korea etc, and got more than 4 years export experance,and get a warmly welcome by most of our customers for its good quality and fine workmanship

we produce nonwoven fabric by 100%PP fresh raw material and never use fake raw material ,recycled pp raw material or calcium carbonate in any percent rate,so if the g/sm and color are same ,our nonwoven fabric is thicker than those that produced by fake or recycled ,calcium carbonate raw material ,any no any odd smell .
